We collect account, organization, product-usage, and demo-request information to operate ShiftChange, secure accounts, provide support, and improve the service.

We do not sell personal information. Access is limited by organization and role. Operational records are retained only as needed for service delivery, security, and legal obligations.

Do not enter real patient information into a trial workspace unless your organization has completed its security, legal, and implementation review.
